National Alcohol and other Drug Workforce Development Strategy
17 September 2013
A National Alcohol and other Drug (AOD) Workforce Development (WFD) Strategy is being developed at the request of the Intergovernmental Committee on Drugs. The strategy development is being undertaken by the National Centre for Education and Training on Addiction (NCETA) at Flinders University and the project is being managed by the Northern Territory Department of Health.
An extensive consultation process is being undertaken to provide opportunity for all interested parties to have input into the development of the Strategy. This call for submissions forms part of that consultation process. NCETA invites all interested parties to submit their views on the issue of AOD WFD. The submissions will be considered in the development of the draft Strategy.
