Methamphetamine Symposium Registration


Registering for the Methamphetamine Symposium involves 2 steps:

  1. Complete the registration form
    Enter your details in the fields below and then submit.
    If organisations are sending multiple people, each person attending the conference must enter their details on a separate registration form.

    Please read the terms and conditions before submitting your registration. 
  2. Pay your registration fees
    You may pay your registration fees using one of three options - IPAY, Invoice, or Cheque (see below for more details).

Registrations will only be complete after payment has been processed. NCETA will send an email confirming your full registration once payment is received. 

All registrations and payments must be recieved in full by 8 May 2015.

Payment Options

Payment may be made using one of the following three options (in preferred order):

  1. IPAY Credit Card available from
    To select the NCETA Methamphetamine Symposium, click on 'Continue to product catalogue'.
    The conference is listed under the School of Medicine category and is titled 'NCETA conference'.
    Click on 'NCETA conferences'. This will take you to the relevant payment page.

  2. Invoice
    Please contact NCETA to arrange an invoice by emailing or phoning 08 8201 7535.

    IPAY or an invoice request are the preferred options for receiving payment.
    Please only use option 3 if IPAY or the invoice option is not available.

  3. Cheques
    Make payable to Flinders University. Save
    Send to National Centre for Education and Training on Addiction, GPO Box 2100, Adelaide SA 5001.
    If organisations are paying for more than one attendee, please include either the names of the attendees or a copy of each attendee's registration form.
